Local funding

The 20 local members prepaid 100% of their cost share many years in advance.  Members who requested additional capacity after Lewis & Clark was authorized also paid 100% of the incremental cost to upsize the system.  The combined total paid by the members is $109,746,110, which does not include the $16.7 million the members were forced to pay to make unplanned infrastructure improvements due to the delay in receiving Lewis & Clark water.  Member payments:
