RED ARNDT RECEIVES HIGHEST AWARD from MRWA

Board chairman Red Arndt received the prestigious Henry Walraven Award from the Minnesota Rural Water Association at their annual conference in St. Cloud on March 8.  This is the organization’s highest honor.  “Everyone associated with Lewis & Clark joins with me in expressing our heartfelt congratulations to Red on this exceptionally well deserved recognition for his 27 years of visionary leadership and tenacious determination to bring critically needed water to southwest Minnesota the rest of the tristate region,” said Executive Director Troy Larson.  It is conservatively estimated that combined Red has made about 150 trips to St. Paul and Washington, D.C. to advocate for Lewis & Clark, as well as attended hundreds of other local meetings.  “This is just one measure of his passionate support and unwavering commitment,” said Larson.
