RIBBON CUTTING for MADISON “WHEELING PLAN”

A ribbon cutting ceremony for the “wheeling plan” was held on May 24 at the Lewis & Clark meter building in Madison.  Speakers included officials from Madison, Minnehaha Community Water Corp, Big Sioux Community Water Service, Lewis & Clark, the State of South Dakota and Banner Associates.
