ADDITIONAL WATER RIGHTS APPROVED

Following legislative approval, the SD Water Management Board gave unanimous final approval to Lewis & Clark’s request for an additional 17.07 MGD of ground water rights.  This is the additional capacity needed for expansion to 60 MGD which started in 2022 and is expected to be completed in 2030.
